Job summary

Oracle in Maharashtra seeks a Contractor-Billable HCM consultant with 6+ years of HCM experience and 2+ end-to-end implementations. You will own design, configuration, testing, and go-live for HCM modules such as Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.

You will engage with clients in workshops, gather requirements, and deliver solutions while coordinating with teams and mentoring junior staff. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sound domain knowledge in HCM covering hire-to-retire cycle (HCM Cloud).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Expert knowledge in at least 2 modules along with Core HR: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing and go-live in client environments.
• Interact with customers in workshops; provide solution design and delivery oversight.
• Coordinate with teams; mentor users; track status updates and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 2 end to end HCM Cloud implementations.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 2 end to end implementation experience.
• The candidate must have expert knowledge in any of the 2 modules along with Core HR module -
• Time and Labor
• Absence Management
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Talent Management
• Experience in additional modules like HR Helpdesk, Recruiting Cloud & Learning Cloud will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be well-versed in approvals (transaction console & BPM), Application Security & Fast Formulas for various modules.
• Candidate should have worked with at least one of these legislations ie. US, UK, Middle East, APAC, Africa, Mexico and / or Latin America.
• The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
• Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
• S/he should have completed at least 2 projects in the modules mentioned above.
• Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
