Staffing Services is seeking an experienced software engineer in Bengaluru with 8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in core RDKB and WiFi development. The role emphasizes C/Linux/Networking and strong scripting skills. Open office presence is required for most assignments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Yocto/OpenWrt, WiFi drivers, and broadband chipsets from Broadcom/MediaTek/Qualcomm. Excellent collaboration and debugging abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 year of experience in software development, 5+ years in core RDKB, prpl, OpenWRT, Wi Fi development.
• Strong experience in C/Linux/Networking. Some engineers are needed with C++.
• Experience in Yocto, Open Source, Middleware feature, Wi Fi driver and application development
• Understanding of TR068, USP, Firewall, GPON, DOCSIS, FWA
• Experience in Broadcom, Max Linear, Qualcomm and MediaTek broadband and Wi Fi chipsets
• Good experience in debugging, troubleshooting of real-time networking systems, board bring up design testing.
• Must have strong program skills in C / C++, Python, Shell scripting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working from office mandatory in most of the cases
