Job summary

Staffing Services in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced software engineer for core RDKB and WiFi development. The role demands deep expertise in C, Linux, networking and OpenWrt/Yocto, with 8+ years in software and 5+ years in related WiFi platforms.

You will work on firmware, drivers, and applications for broadband/WiFi, with hands-on debugging and board bring-up. Office-based work is mandatory in most cases, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development; 5+ years in core RDKB, prpl, OpenWRT, WiFi development.
• Strong experience in C/Linux/Networking; some engineers with C++.
• Experience in Yocto, Open Source, Middleware feature, WiFi driver and application development.
• Understanding of TR068, USP, Firewall, GPON, DOCSIS, FWA.
• Experience in Broadcom, MaxLinear, Qualcomm and MediaTek broadband and WiFi chipsets.
• Good debugging and testing of real-time networking systems; board bring-up design.
• Must have strong skills in C/C++, Python, Shell scripting; good communication.
