Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer in Hyderabad to perform end-to-end server validation across configurations, focusing on storage, BIOS/firmware, and test automation. The role requires 4+ years of hardware validation experience and strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.

The candidate will develop and execute validation test cases, conduct performance benchmarking, analyze logs, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hardware validation experience.
• Experience with server hardware validation and storage validation (HDD, SSD, SATA, NVMe).
• Proficiency in BIOS/firmware validation.
• Proficient in Python scripting and automation.
• Experience with Windows environment and log/root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end server hardware validation across different configurations.
• Validate storage components including HDD, SSD, SATA and NVMe.
• Develop and execute hardware/firmware validation test cases.
• Create Python/PowerShell scripts for test automation.
• Perform performance and reliability benchmarking.
• Validate BIOS, firmware and server hardware functionality.
• Analyze test logs, identify failures and perform root cause analysis.
