Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Validation Engineer 3 with 6-9 years of experience to execute functional validation and debug memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs.

You will develop memory validation tests, perform RAS validation, work with Linux tools and lab instrumentation, and collaborate with Silicon, BIOS, Firmware, and Platform teams while developing automation in Python.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in validation engineering.
• Experience with DDR5/LPDDR5 memory validation.
• Strong debugging and lab instrumentation skills.
• Familiarity with Linux tools and scripting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional validation, debug, and characterization of memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs.
• Develop and execute memory validation, margining, stress, and interoperability tests.
• Perform Memory RAS validation including ECC and fault handling.
• Debug memory and platform-level issues using Linux tools and lab instrumentation.
• Collaborate with Silicon, BIOS, Firmware, and Platform teams for issue isolation and resolution.
• Develop automation and validation workflows using Python scripting.
• Analyze memory failures, logs, and system behavior.
• Work with schematics and layout files during hardware validation.
• Support power management and platform validation activities.
