Aitech is seeking a Hardware Engineer – Team Lead to spearhead our hardware development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in hardware design, development, and testing, along with proven leadership experience. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring project success while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a board from specification
• High Speed layout
• Good understanding of Intel & Embedded Processors
• Experience with schematic tools (Orcad) and high-speed PCB layout techniques
• FPGA programming skills, VHDL, Personal computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power‑point, Outlook)
• High level of technical English reading and writing is a must
• Good understanding of signal & power integrity
• Ability to work independently and integrative as a team member
