Qualifications

• Experience in embedded hardware and firmware engineering.
• Ability to design and implement hardware for productization.
• Knowledge of hardware validation, testing, and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own embedded software, firmware and hardware architecture.
• Drive device productization and production discipline.
• Manage third-party manufacturing and vendor relationships.
• Own BOM and sourcing strategy.
• Lead certification and import compliance.
• Design solution architecture for the product ecosystem.
• Lead hardware forensics and structured root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior hardware engineers and establish hardware team processes.
• Lead the end-to-end hardware product lifecycle, owning embedded software, firmware, hardware architecture, productization, third-party manufacturing, certification, sourcing, and the overall hardware ecosystem from prototype to scaled production.
