Job summary

SourceDesk is seeking a Hardware Networking Engineer to provide in-house support to employees. You will diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, and maintain IT infrastructure across the office.

You will handle LAN/WAN setup, network devices, Windows OS installations, and asset procurement, plus file transfers, domain management, and website hosting tasks. A modern work environment with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Internet connectivity and network infrastructure.
• Experience with LAN/WAN setup and IT asset procurement.

We are looking for a Hardware Networking Engineer to provide inhouse assistance to our employees. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware related problems.

Technical Skills: 2+ Experience working on the following areas:

• Knowledge on Web Server, Control Panel, Software and Services such, File sharing Server(s) etc
• Will be responsible for file transfer, website migration, domain, hosting account management
• Will be responsible for the system, hardware allocation, and configuration management,
• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems
• Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System
• Experience in set -up of Lan / Wan.
• Experience in IT Asset Procurement, Vendor Coordination, and Asset Management.

Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
