Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant hardware support and network administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace defective components.
• Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and VPN access.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network issues.
