Dr Mohan's Diabetes Specialties Centre - Madurai is seeking an IT professional to manage network connectivity, reduce network issues across centres (LAN, WAN), and oversee monthly data backups for equipment.

The role includes server monitoring, preventive maintenance, L2 support, fault resolution, call tracking, and arranging audio-visual setups for meetings. It is a full-time, on-site position in Madurai, with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.

Responsibilities

Network connectivity
To reduce the network related complaints across the Centres (LAN, WAN)
Data backup Data back up of equipments monthly basis
Foot
Xray
Lab interfaces etc.
Infrastructure and Antivirus Administrate infrastructure, including malware protection software and other processes
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Server montioring Monitoring of branch servers for any adverse events on daily basis
Preventive maintenance
To ensure preventive maintenance done for all the systems as per the schedule
L2 support
To fix the major and minor problems related to systems as early as possible
Call tracking
To ensure that all the complaints registered in the Call tracking system are attended within the stipulated time.
Meetings/ Conferences.
To ensure that the setting up of audio-visual requirements needed for meetings/ conferences are arranged in advance
Report Accuracy & Completeness
Quality parameters followed as per SOP's
