Job summary

Mistral Solutions is seeking a talented Hardware Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in mixed-signal design, ADC/DAC, FPGA, and high-speed interfaces based in Bengaluru. You will contribute to end-to-end hardware development across analog and digital domains.

You will work with Xilinx/Altera FPGA platforms, microcontrollers from TI/NXP/STM32, and DSP processors, ensuring SI, PDN, and thermal performance meet stringent automotive/industrial standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mixed-signal design and FPGA/microprocessor design.
• Strong skills in DDR3/DDR4 and signal integrity testing.
• Experience with qualification testing and EMI/EMC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mixed-signal circuits including ADCs and DACs.
• Work with FPGA platforms (Xilinx/Altera) and microcontrollers (TI, NXP, STM32).
• Utilize DSP processors like ARM and PowerPC.
• Implement high-speed interfaces such as DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, EMMC, CSI-2, and PCIe.
• Experience with VPX 3U, 6U, VME, and XMC architectures.
• Perform test and debug activities including board bring-up and interface testing.
• Conduct design analysis for SI, PDN, and thermal considerations.
• Ensure compliance with qualification standards such as JSS55555, DO160G, EMI, and EMC.
