Job summary

Recmatrix Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support scalable ABAP solutions. You will work closely with functional and business teams to deliver robust SAP technology across modules.

The ideal candidate has 7–15 years of hands-on ABAP development, with strong OO ABAP, S/4HANA, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, and integration experience. In-person interviews will be conducted in India, with notices for rapid joiners.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP and RICEF development.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions across multiple SAP modules.
• Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Build and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA-based developments.
• Develop SAP Fiori applications, OData services, and SAP UI5 solutions.
• Build integrations using ALE/IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services, Proxies, and REST APIs.
• Develop solutions on SAP BTP, including CAPM, Cloud ABAP, APIs, and workflow services.
• Work with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Support technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

About the Role

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
• Knowledge of Java connectors and hybrid integration scenarios.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
