ADP is seeking a Functional Consultant (SAP Payroll) to support issue resolution, configuration, testing and documentation within the GlobalView framework. You will prepare functional specs, assess support pack changes, and deliver consulting services to clients while adhering to ADP procedures and standards.

The role requires 4 to 10 years of SAP Payroll experience and strong communication skills to manage client SPOCs and expectations, with afterhours support as needed.

• Provide support for issue resolution as per defined SLAs including investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation.
• Prepare functional specifications and change control requests; assess and test configuration tied to support pack changes.
• Provide consulting services to ADP GlobalView client base as required.
• Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and ADP policies and procedures.
• Share knowledge with associates and liaise with Account Management to support customers.

Title:Functional Consultant (SAP Payroll) Responsibilities

Provide support for issue resolution as per defined SLAs specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation Prepare functional specifications and change control requests Assess Support Pack configuration, as requirements directed and complete subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack application Provide consulting services to client base, as required Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and conventions as well as ADP procedures and policies Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current offering are communicated to GlobalView Product Manager Provide relevant knowledge sharing opportunities for associates within Technical Services and Operations Liaise with Account Management Ensure up to date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView and associated services is maintained Provide afterhours support as agreed with Client / Team Leader / Manager

Technical SkillsStrong SAP Payroll experience in either end-to-end Implementation or Support environments 4to 10 years of SAP Payroll configuration experience CompetenciesProfessional manner and presentation with the ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation Demonstrated business consulting skills Should be able to handle clients, able to set the expectation and manage client SPOCs.
