Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Non-Payroll Consultant to lead critical system operations in IT Services. You will ensure stability of PA, OM, and Time Management modules and act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Experience in AMS and production support with ticket management.
• Experience designing configuration-based solutions for non-payroll modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PA, OM, and Time Management.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and SLA-driven support.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high service levels, resolving complex operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management modules.
