ADP is seeking a payroll professional in India to manage end-to-end US/Canada payroll processing for multinational clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves working with SAP Payroll, PCC, and BPMS, supporting system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives, while aligning with service delivery standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US and/or Canada payroll processing with sound knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, garnishments, and year-end activities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, PCC, and BPMS.
• Experience supporting SAP HANA testing, payroll upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Exposure to automation initiatives, RPA, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multinational clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls for US and Canada clients across weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, off-cycle, reversals, and ROEs.
• Execute payroll activities via BPMS, PCC, and SAP HCM with controls.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll execution and issue resolution.
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, audits, and quality reviews.
• Act as day-to-day liaison for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
• Maintain payroll process docs, client procedures, and work instructions.
• Manage service requests and incidents through ticketing systems.
• Serve as checker/reviewer for payroll activities (on/off-cycle, reversals, ROEs).
• Analyze payroll issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Participate in SAP HANA testing, upgrades, and year-end activities with client migrations.
• Support automation and transformation initiatives through process improvements.
• Collaborate on payroll innovation and continuous improvement programs.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and readiness for new tools and processes.

• Process end-to-end payrolls for US and Canada clients, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, off-cycle payrolls, reversals, and ROEs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll schedules.
• Execute payroll activities through BPMS, PCC, and SAP HCM platforms while maintaining compliance with established payroll controls and procedures.
• Partner with clients, internal support teams, project teams, and service delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll execution and issue resolution.
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, audit checks, and quality reviews to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison for assigned clients, responding to payroll inquiries, providing timely updates, and driving issues to resolution.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation, client-specific procedures, work instructions, and business process manuals.
• Manage service requests and incidents through ticketing systems, ensuring proper classification, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
• Serve as a Checker/Reviewer for payroll activities completed by team members, including on-cycle, off-cycle, reversals, and ROE processing.
• Analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Participate in SAP HANA testing, payroll product enhancements, system upgrades, year-end activities, and client migrations to validate payroll functionality and business requirements.
• Support automation and transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams on payroll innovation, continuous improvement programs, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and support team readiness for new tools, technologies, and processes.
