Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting leads a 150+ member delivery organization providing US Payroll and Back-office Services for US clients. The role drives service delivery, client success, operational excellence, P&L, and growth in partnership with US stakeholders.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end US Payroll operations, ensure high-quality service across Payroll, HR & Benefits, and build strong client relationships while driving automation initiatives and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in US Payroll, HR, Shared Services, BPM, or PEO.
• Experience managing 100+ employees.
• Strong US client-facing and offshore delivery experience.
