Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Manager – FP&A and Deal Advisory Support to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on leading complex FP&A work, QoE reviews, due diligence, valuation, and strategic transactions, with an emphasis on strong contract analysis and commercial insight.

Ideal candidates will hold a CA qualification (CFA/MBA preferred), have hands-on Excel modeling experience, and demonstrate leadership across multiple engagements, including M&A or fundraising

We are a boutique consulting firm looking for an exceptional professional to join our growing team as Manager – FP&A and Deal Advisory Support.

Essential Qualifications:

• CA qualification is mandatory. CFA and/or MBA preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in building and reviewing complex Excel models in at least one of the following areas: FP&A, Quality of Earnings (QoE), Due Diligence, Valuation, or Business Finance.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Involvement in at least one M&A, fund‑raising, or strategic transaction.
• Experience in contract review and commercial agreement analysis.
