Role Objective:

FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, offering actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and ensure KPI achievement.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; suggest financial efficiency strategies.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
