Job summary

Celsior is seeking a Technical Lead for Guidewire Development (PolicyCenter/Integration) in Hyderabad. You will lead design, development, and delivery of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter, collaborating with onshore teams and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on PolicyCenter expertise, strong GOSU skills, and experience with onshore-offshore delivery models. You will drive architecture discussions, enforce best practices, and own end-to-end components

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter.
• Experience with ClaimCenter is a plus.
• Proficient in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns.
• Experience in distributed onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing readiness is critical.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
• Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations
• Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)

Required Skills & Experience:
