Job summary

Kairos Technologies seeks an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to lead configuration, customization, and integration across PolicyCenter modules. This role demands hands-on development and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, with skills in Gosu, PCF, APIs, and GW configuration. Certification is preferred to drive end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter experience is required.
• Experience with configuring and integrating Guidewire components.
• Guidewire Certification preferred (Associate/ACE).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates in development and support.
• Develop configuration and integration features per requirements.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore activities to align client needs with offshore delivery.
• Commit time to development efforts for releases.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve production incidents and review offshore work.
• Manage status reporting to onsite management.
• Provide production support for PolicyCenter in production.

Responsibilities

• Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support
• Develop configuration and integration features as per requirements
• Work at Onsiteoffshore to understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements and then communicating the same to Offshore there by making Offshore to produce quality deliverables expected by client
• Hands on experience to invest 4060 of time for development work for release
• Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
• Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of Rating PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation
• Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
• Technical support for Guidewire Policy Center in production
• Coordinating with team to analyse defects
• Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running

Technical Skills

Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules UW issues PCF changes and integrations

Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database

Must have
