Job summary

Talent et au-dela is seeking a hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong experience in PolicyCenter development, integrations, and Java-based application engineering. The role involves collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable insurance technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, contribute to design through production support, and build secure, scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Java, Guidewire Configuration, Product Model, Business Rules, Workflows.
• Proven API Development and System Integrations with Web Services and Apigee.
• Experience with Angular, AWS, Git/Version Control, and Testing Frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Web Application Security, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Troubleshooting, Log Analysis, Production Support, and Continuous Improvement.
• Exposure to Commercial Lines Insurance and P&C Insurance.
• Experience in Cross-functional Collaboration, Problem Solving, Mentoring, Coaching, and Technical Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, debug, and deploy Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
• Configure and enhance Guidewire Product Model, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Develop and support APIs, messaging interfaces, batch processes, and data exchange solutions.
• Build and maintain integration solutions across Guidewire and enterprise platforms.
• Apply secure software engineering and DevSecOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to engineering best practices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, debug, and deploy Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Web Application Security, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SDLC, and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Log Analysis, Troubleshooting, Production Support, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong experience in Commercial Lines Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience in Cross-functional Collaboration, Problem Solving, Mentoring, Coaching, and Technical Leadership.
