Job summary

The Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites applications for a Guest Service Officer to join Camp Hyatt and support the Recreation Department. You will deliver an excellent, consistent level of service to our guests and help ensure smooth operations during events and programs.

A hospitality mindset and team spirit are essential to thrive in a dynamic hotel environment. Ideally you hold a hospitality or tourism qualification with at least two years in hotel operations, and you communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
