Job summary

Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown invites applications for a Guest Service - Host. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Ideally with degree in Hospitality or Tourism management; minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations; good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
