Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Guest Service Officer to join the Rooms Division and deliver an exceptional guest experience at the reception. You will participate in the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, ensuring consistency in service delivery.

Ideally you hold a relevant hospitality or tourism degree and have at least two years of hotel operations experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a welcoming environment for guests across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
