Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean bathroomsaccording to hotel procedures.
• Replenish Supplies: Restock guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and room items (like coffee andglassware).
• Inspect and Report: Check that all room appliances and lights work properly. Report any maintenanceissues, room damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. greetguests warmly in hallways and public areas, and handle special requests orcomplaints politely.
• Lost and Found: Log and turn in any items left behind by guests following company policy.
• Safety and Hygiene: Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wear protective gear, and keep thehousekeeping cart and storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Degree in hospitality orhousekeeping.
• Experience: Previous housekeeping or customer service experience in a hotel setting ispreferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.

• Maintenance Reporting: Spot and report broken lights, furniture, or plumbingfixtures right away.
