Job summary

Ennismore's Morgans Originals is seeking a guest services professional to manage front desk operations, greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and uphold brand standards. You will leverage knowledge of hotel facilities to enhance guest experiences and ensure privacy and safety throughout the guest journey.

The role emphasizes luxury guest service within a lifestyle brand, with opportunities to learn and grow within Ennismore’s global family and benefits through the Peep program.

Qualifications

• A Diploma holder or a Graduate from Hotel Management institute.
• A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Work experience of a lifestyle luxury brand.
• Passionate about creating memories for the guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check in and checkout, as well as other cashiering duties.
• Review arrival lists and prepare compendiums prior to guests’ arrival and check-into system if necessary.
• Welcome and interact with the guests on arrival, register and issue room keys according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIPs receive special recognition and service.
• Update and maintain repeat guest history system.
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities according to departmental standards to maximize revenue.
• Handling guests’ mails, messages, and answering of phone calls.
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
• Be vigilant in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies.
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles.
• Have knowledge about the hotel facilities , F&B outlets, timings and other features.
• Be aware about the Hotel and its every outlet's story and be a story teller to the guest.
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
