Job summary

The Hoxton Bengaluru City is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, bringing its distinctive guest experience to Bengaluru in 2026. We’re seeking a Guest Service Associate, Front Office who will be the first point of contact for guests and work across teams to ensure a memorable stay.

You’ll handle check-ins/-outs, assist guests with requests, and promote local experiences in a vibrant, welcoming environment that reflects The Hoxton’s brand DNA.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.

• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk system.

Responsibilities

• You are the first face our guests see and make them feel welcome and their stay special.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures and ensure bills are accurate.
• Collaborate with all teams to keep Front Office operations smooth and handle overbooking levels.
• Ensure data accuracy in systems and provide daily reports per SOPs.
• Answer phones, handle requests, and recommend local shows and dining options.

We are looking for so-positive-it’s-infectious Guest Service Associate, Front Office to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city center, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large-scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• You are the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels.
• Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provides the necessary daily reports for all departments as per our standard operating procedures.
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
