Role Summary: We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive for Mezcalita to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth reservations handling, and a memorable overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive; manage seating in coordination with the floor team
• Handle table reservations via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms Maintain the reservation log and manage waitlists during peak hours
• Build rapport with regular/repeat guests and maintain guest preference records
• Address guest concerns or feedback promptly and *escalate* where necessary
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely guest experience
• Support birthday/anniversary and special-occasion guest experiences
• Maintain grooming, hospitality, and brand presentation standards at the entrance/host desk

Requirements:

• Graduate, preferably in Hotel Management or a related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role (F&B or hospitality)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality with a guest-first attitude
• Comfortable using reservation/POS systems
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
