Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Solution Architect / Field Application Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India. Based in India, you will work with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI workloads and guide technical designs.

This remote role requires deep AI/ML hardware and software knowledge, strong communication, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India. Based in India, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical solution designs, work with internal teams on tokenomics and guide customer discussions, evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software, and help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines hands‑on technical problem solving, solution development, and relationship building across the Indian market, with frequent travel to customer sites throughout India and beyond.

This role is remote, based out of India.

What We Need

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer or in a similar customer‑facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.
• Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine‑tuning is preferred.
• Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments, as well as guiding physically installing hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus.
• Language proficiency in English is required; Hindi or other Indian language proficiency is a plus.
