Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, deployment, training or fine-tuning.
• Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• English proficiency; Hindi or other Indian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India.
• Guide technical solution designs, discussions, evaluations and deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware and software and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and POC delivery.

We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. We are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India. Based in India, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical solution designs, work with internal teams on tokenomics and guide customer discussions, evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software, and help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that combines hands‑on technical problem solving, solution development, and relationship building across the Indian market, with frequent travel to customer sites throughout India and beyond. This role is remote, based out of India. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. A customer‑focused technical professional who can build trust with application developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. Comfortable translating complex AI/ML hardware and software concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences. A proactive and self‑directed problem solver who can coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and customer stakeholders. Willing and able to travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept delivery. Key member for marketing events/trade shows. With 10+ years of relevant experience.

What We Need

Experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer or in a similar customer‑facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware. Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine‑tuning is preferred. Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments, as well as guiding physically installing hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus. Language proficiency in English is required; Hindi or other Indian language proficiency is a plus.
