About the Role

This Is Not a Typical Marketing Role. We are looking for someone who can build and run outbound growth engines. If you know how to turn LinkedIn + Email + AI automation into a predictable meeting pipeline, this role is for you. You will own the entire outbound motion — from ICP research and list building to messaging, campaign execution, optimization, and meeting generation. Your success will be measured by qualified meetings and pipeline created. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, speed, and performance-driven marketing.

What You’ll Own

1. Outbound Campaign Strategy

• Design multi-touch outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and cold email
• Define ICPs, buyer personas, and targeting strategies
• Build scalable outreach sequences that generate qualified meetings

2. List Building & Targeting

• Identify and build high-quality prospect databases
• Use AI tools and automation to filter irrelevant prospects and refine targeting
• Continuously improve ICP accuracy and campaign targeting

3. Campaign Execution

• Run and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Execute cold email sequences with personalization
• Launch and optimize multi-touch outbound campaigns
• Personalize outreach at scale using AI and automation tools
• Continuously test new messaging angles

5. AI-Powered Outreach Systems

• ICP research and targeting
• Filtering and cleaning prospect lists
• Generating personalized outreach messages
• Performance analysis and optimization

6. Campaign Analytics & Optimization

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years experience running outbound lead generation campaigns
• Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
• Preferably worked with B2B technology companies / SaaS / IT services
• Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and messaging
• Highly comfortable using AI tools and automation to scale outreach
• Analytical and highly execution-driven
