- Use Claude to research accounts and write personalized outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn.
- Own the funnel from list to booked meeting, and run weekly experiments on segments, messaging, and channels.
Content Engine:
- Build an AI-assisted system that turns our data, product, and founder insights into LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, and category reports.
- Run founder-led LinkedIn distribution and make our content discoverable on Google and in AI answers.
Systems and Measurement:
- Connect the GTM stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, analytics) so data flows without manual work.

- 1-2 years in a GTM, growth, RevOps, or technical role at a software/SaaS company or a GTM agency.
- Claude Code and Grokbot fluency are essential.
- Hands-on with the outbound stack: Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly/Smartlead/HeyReach, Attio, or equivalents.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, n8n/Make/Zapier, and enough Python or JavaScript to glue things together.
- Sharp writer, both for cold emails and for LinkedIn posts that people actually read.
- Good to have: SQL, SEO/GEO (getting cited by LLMs).
- You are an engineer who can write code to wire up the data warehouse with the GTM stack tools for outbound execution.
- You've already built outbound or content workflows that produced results you can show us: meetings, pipeline, replies, followers, or traffic.
- You use Claude, Grokbot (or similar tools) every day and have built real workflows from a GTM perspective.
- You like working in small, fast-paced teams with high ownership and few meetings.
