Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures.
• Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters.
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues.
• Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
