You will conduct market research, manage social media campaigns, track performance, and help create marketing content. This hands-on role provides exposure to a software platform serving brands, creators, and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to increase users, sales, and brand awareness
• Generate leads through online platforms, social media, and research
• Support the sales and business development team in client outreach
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns for engagement and reach
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on growth metrics
• Communicate with potential customers through calls, emails, or messages
• Help improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Maintain and update databases, lead sheets, and CRM tools
• Assist in creating marketing content such as posts, presentations, and promotional materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative growth ideas
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Support partnership and collaboration activities with external organizations
