Job summary

Fynd is seeking Growth Interns to join the Growth team in Mumbai. This hands-on internship focuses on building growth through experimentation, data, and fast execution. No prior experience is required; hustle and curiosity are valued, and you’ll work from our Mumbai office for a 3–4 month duration.

You’ll support acquisition, retention, and activation efforts, conduct market research, track metrics, and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on growth experiments.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree; final-year students are welcome to apply.
• No prior work experience required; internships/projects/coursework related to marketing, business, or analytics are a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work from our Mumbai office.
• Commit to the full 3–4 month internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Help track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to execute growth experiments.
• Contribute ideas for new channels, campaigns, and tactics, and help test them quickly.
• Take ownership of small projects end-to-end under the guidance of the Growth Head.

About The Role
