Job summary

About the role

• Support the development and execution of strategies to accelerate user growth and market penetration.
• Conduct in-depth research into market dynamics, competitive positioning, and the specific segments the business targets.
• Work on marketing initiatives across various channels, testing new approaches to see what drives results.
• Monitor and interpret data on how users engage with the product, where they drop off, and which campaigns generate the strongest returns.
• Pinpoint gaps in the customer journey where adoption can be strengthened and where users are most likely to stay active over time.
• Partner with product, marketing, data, and other teams to turn insights into action and ship improvements quickly.

What you'll work on:

• Building funnels, running A/B tests, and measuring the impact of growth experiments end to end.
• Tracking metrics that matter-DAU, retention, LTV, CAC and creating dashboards to surface patterns.
• Scanning the landscape for emerging channels, tactics, and tools that could unlock new user streams.
• Supporting campaign launches and optimization work that drives customers from awareness through signup and beyond.
• Documenting findings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
