Job summary

Travelwings is seeking a Growth & Digital Marketing Intern/Executive in India to work across SEO, content, retention marketing and digital growth initiatives for an international travel business.

You will gain hands-on experience in AI-led marketing and emerging digital channels, while collaborating with the digital team to identify opportunities, develop ideas, create content and execute campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
• Strong written communication and ability to come up with content and marketing ideas.
• Curious about AI, automation and new-age marketing.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to improve ideas.
• Someone who wants to understand why something works, not just execute a task.
• Understanding of Basics of SEO, Google Analytics/CMS or performance marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SEO & Organic Growth: Support content initiatives, search visibility and new opportunities to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Content & Creative: Develop ideas for blogs, social content, campaigns, customer communication and other marketing assets.
• Retention Marketing: Work on ideas and content to engage existing users, encourage repeat visits/bookings and improve customer engagement.
• Growth & Experimentation: Identify new channels, trends and opportunities; test ideas and learn from performance.
• Content Distribution: Repurpose and distribute content across platforms such as Quora, Reddit, Pinterest, Medium, Substack and others.
• AI & Automation: Use AI tools and existing automation workflows to improve the speed and effectiveness of marketing execution.

This is a hands-on role, but not limited to execution. You will work with the digital team toidentify opportunities, develop marketing ideas, create content and campaigns, and execute them across multiple channels.

You will get exposure to how a digital marketing programme is built and scaled for an international travel business, with a strong focus on AI-led marketing and emerging digital channels.

What You'll Work On
