T9L is seeking a Growth Content & Community Intern for a 3-month full-time, extendable contract to support content production, community engagement, and organic growth across our multi-product AI ecosystem. This onsite internship is designed for students or recent graduates who love AI, storytelling, and building digital communities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft content outlines and edit posts for multiple channels.
• Publish and schedule posts; monitor performance.
• Engage with early users and manage conversations.
• Research topics, track competitor content and surface insights.
• Organize files, maintain documentation, prepare weekly reports.
• Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to capture assets.

The Role

This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about AI, storytelling, and digital communities. You will work closely with the Growth Content & Community Strategist and Associate to assist in publishing content, managing conversations, researching insights, and supporting our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. This internship provides hands-on experience in shaping narratives and building communities within one of India’s most dynamic startup studios.

What You'll Do

• Content Support: Assist in drafting content outlines, editing posts, preparing captions, and formatting stories for different channels.
• Publishing & Scheduling: Help schedule posts, monitor content performance, and coordinate weekly content calendars.
• Community Interaction: Engage with early users, respond to comments, share updates, and help keep conversations active across online platforms.
• Research & Insight Gathering: Identify trending topics, track competitor content, gather community feedback, and surface insights that can inspire new formats or stories.
• Operational Support: Help organize file repositories, update documentation, maintain content pipelines, and prepare weekly reports.
• Collaboration: Work with product, design, and marketing teams to collect screenshots, user wins, product updates, and insights that can be transformed into content.
