The Role

T9L is seeking a Growth Content & Community Strategist to transform our multi-product AI ecosystem into a global movement. The role sits at the intersection of content, community, and growth, where storytelling meets strategy. The selected candidate will own one high-impact organic channel (LinkedIn, X, or YouTube) and leverage it to amplify our narrative, build authority, and engage 100,000+ AI-curious leaders and professionals. Your mission will be to turn data, insights, and product wins into conversations that every AI-curious leader wants to join.

What You’ll Do

• Build Authority Through Content: Create and publish high-signal stories across our AI product suite — including case studies, data insights, user benchmarks, and thought leadership that position T9L as a category-defining innovator.
• Amplify Our Reach: Master one community platform (LinkedIn, X, or YouTube) and grow our following exponentially. Develop repeatable content formats such as weekly digests, AMAs, micro-reports, and leaderboard reveals to build ongoing engagement.
• Community Activation: Turn users into advocates — feature their success stories, showcase measurable results, and build pride around using our tools. Organize online challenges, hackathons, and collaborations that drive product adoption and visibility.
• Brand Narrative & Positioning: Shape and scale our brand voice across all channels, aligning storytelling with strategic growth goals. Ensure every content initiative contributes to community growth, user trust, and organic brand equity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, and marketing teams to identify share-worthy insights, user wins, and platform milestones that can be transformed into high-impact narratives.

What We're Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in content strategy, community building, or growth marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech-driven ecosystems.
• Proven success in growing engaged digital communities or building large followings on platforms like LinkedIn, X, or YouTube.
• Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to translate complex product data into compelling, human-centered stories.
• Deep understanding of content distribution mechanics, organic growth loops, and social algorithms.
• Belief that community is the new performance marketing and a mindset that thinks in flywheels, not funnels.
• Bonus: Prior experience generating organic press, backlinks, or viral traction through content-led initiatives.
• Self-starter with exceptional communication, creative thinking, and collaboration skills.
