Job summary

Parampara is seeking a passionate content lead to own the social media and content-driven growth. You’ll craft scripts, captions, blogs and creative briefs, while coordinating with creators and production teams to deliver premium content for Indian fashion and luxury brands.

You’ll publish, schedule and repurpose across platforms, track performance and spot growth opportunities. This role offers early-stage impact with direct collaboration with the founder and potential to build a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of what makes short-form and long-form content engaging.
• Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Writing scripts, captions, blogs and creative briefs
• Coordinating with creators, photographers and videographers
• Managing content shoots and post-production workflows
• Publishing, scheduling and repurposing content across platforms
• Tracking content performance and identifying growth opportunities
