Growthic is seeking a Content Creator & Strategist who understands the power of storytelling and can bring ideas to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. You will be at the heart of how we communicate, both visually and verbally, and this role is a leadership path for someone who understands brand, market, and momentum.

What You'll Do …

• Collaborate with content and design teams to align on market goals and brand messaging.
• Create original content that builds community and supports Growthic’s mission.
• Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy (focus on Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.).
• Produce visually engaging video content showcasing brand USPs.
• Track social media performance through defined KPIs and optimize accordingly.
• Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Stay updated with content, social media, and digital branding trends.
