Rempact is building a consumer platform to simplify renting a home in India. The Growth and Marketing Lead will own creative growth across online and offline channels, run experiments, and shape a textured brand experience as the company scales from Gurgaon.
The role blends AI-driven search, partnerships, and offline activations to drive adoption and engagement. You’ll work closely with a tiny, ambitious team to craft campaigns, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.
Position: Growth and Marketing Lead
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: 1-5 years
Growth & Marketing Lead
Our Client is building the consumer company for where you live.
The first product is the smartest way to rent a home in India. You tell what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, searches and coordinates across a fragmented offline market, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including ₹0 security deposit upfront.
What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really good afternoon.
But renting is only where we enter the relationship. Where you live shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, the neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home.
We think there is a large consumer company to be built here at the intersection of AI, fintech and the physical world.
Zomato made restaurants feel like consumer tech. Blinkit made grocery delivery feel culturally relevant. Snabbit is doing something similar with household help.
Renting is just as boring today. We think it can feel completely different.
We’ve raised $750k from a stealth fund, whose backers include Abstract Ventures, Bain Capital and Long Journey. We are still a very small team, which means the people joining now will have an absurd amount of influence over what our brand becomes.

Creative growth. Come up with ideas people actually want to talk about. Online, offline, weird, cheap, expensive, scrappy, beautiful. We care much more about whether it works than what category it falls into.
GTM experiments. Reddit, offices, partnerships, societies, referrals, creator collaborations, companies relocating employees, offline distribution. Run lots of experiments and kill most of them quickly.
Content. Figure out how to earn attention even when someone isn’t looking for a house this week.
Launches. When we release the app, a new feature, a new city, Concierge, or something we haven’t invented yet, make the launch feel much bigger than a feature announcement.
The numbers. Brand is not an excuse to avoid measurement. You should know CAC, conversion, channel economics, referral rates and what every meaningful experiment actually did.
I care much less about a specific number of years of experience than whether you have unusually good taste, move quickly and genuinely enjoy figuring things out from scratch.
You should be able to look at a piece of copy, a landing page, an ad or an offline activation and have a strong instinct for what is working and what feels wrong, but you should also be comfortable proving or disproving those instincts with numbers.
You should also enjoy being close to the customer. We do not want to build from dashboards alone. Some of the best marketing ideas will probably come from spending time with renters, brokers and people moving into the city and noticing things nobody else thought were important.
We’re very early. You’ll be one of the first people building the brand, and will have an unreasonable amount of ownership from day one.
A few examples of ideas already sitting in our notes:
Marketing in this sector is still mostly listings, lead-gen ads and celebrities pointing at buildings. That leaves an absurd amount of creative surface area untouched.
