Job summary

AxmiYaN HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Group Manager L2 Support Oracle Functional HCM Resource in Pune. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.

You will blueprint, perform fit-gap analyses, and develop requirements documents for Oracle Fusion projects. You will also set up enterprise and workforce structures and manage employee/self-service configurations, including handling interfaces

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules across implementation and support projects.
• Experience configuring HCM modules within Oracle Fusion (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor).

Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM projects in blueprinting and gap analysis.
• Create requirements documents and specifications; perform system testing.
• Set up enterprise structure, workforce structure, and employee/self-service configurations.
• Handle interfaces and integration points with external systems.

Should have worked on OracleFusion HCM module for a few implementation /Support projects.

Should be well versed withconfiguring the HCM module in Oracle Fusion

Should have experience in OracleHCM module of atleast 7 years and overall experience of 9 to 10 years.

Should be well versed withConfiguration in Core HR, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration,Absence management, Oracle Time and labor.

Should be well versed with AIMmethodology

Should have done blueprinting,fit gap analysis , creating requirementdocuments and specifications , doing system testing in Oracle Fusion projects

Should have experience insetting up enterprise structure, workforce structure, employee self-service andmanager self-service.

Knowledge of handing interfacesis a must.
