Job summary

Europa Locks is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead cross-functional product development in Pune. You will drive benchmarking, testing, validation, and prototyping, coordinating inputs across teams and managing resources and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in precision product design, strong project planning skills, and a valid two-wheeler license. This onsite role targets a dynamic, technically skilled lead to build teams and deliver end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

• NPD process development experience.
• Experience in precision product design.
• Good CFT coordination.
• Age not more than 35 years.
• 2 wheeler driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking, product testing & validation.
• CFT coordination for feedback and project reviews.
• Resource allocation and input management.
• Lead projects from start to end with timely milestones.
• Budget costing & estimation and data validation.

• Conduct benchmarking, Product testing & validation
• CFT circulation for feedback
• Resource allocation, Inputs
• Project Review as per frequency
• Recruitment & Team Building
• experience in Precision product design
• DFM & DFME knowledge in sheet metal, precision machined components
• Conduct PROTOTYPING, TESTS & TRIALS
• FW & Systems building
• Lead project from start to end
• Explain Ideas & Concepts to junior's
• Budget Costing & estimation
• Project Data validation

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• Experience – 7+ yrs.
• Education- BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC
