Job summary

NIIT is seeking a seasoned professional to lead revenue assurance and O2C processes from its Gurugram offices. The role includes monitoring unbilled revenue, forecasting, budgeting support, and coordinating external audits to strengthen internal controls.

Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in finance with MBA or CA Inter qualifications, and strong Excel/ERP skills to drive automation and accurate MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in finance/revenue management.
• MBA or CA Inter or BCom with relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure revenue assurance under company policy.
• Monitor unbilled/deferred revenue, collections, and MIS reporting to stakeholders.
• Follow up with customers for PO, SOW, and invoicing issues.
• Perform end-to-end revenue leakage assessments across O2C processes.
• Run and update revenue forecasting models; conduct weekly reviews with senior management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections related to UBR and deferred revenue.
• Coordinate quarterly external audits for related areas; manage internal audits as needed.
• Identify and initiate automation for process gaps/improvements.
• Oversee ICFR (Internal Control Over Financial Reporting).

Key Responsibility

• a- Ensure Revenue Assurance under company policy
• b- Monitor Unbilled/Deffered Revenue, Collection and reporting to MIS team internal/external stakeholders along with analysis
• c- Follow up with customers in diverse geography for PO, SOW etc. including any invoicing issues
• d- Perform end-to-end revenue leakage assessments across order-to-cash (O2C) processes
• e- Run and update revenue forecasting model (includes opportunity revenue forecast, allocated revenue etc). Conduct weekly meeting with respective stakeholders and senior management for weekly updates
• f- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections related to UBR and deferred revenue.
• g- Provide information/schedules and manage Quarterly statutory external audit for respective areas
• h- Managing time to time Internal audit for respective areas.
• l- Assist and initiate the automation for process gaps/improvements.
• j- ICFR ( Internal Control Over Financial Reporting )
