Job summary

NIIT Limited seeks a Senior Manager / DGM – Global Finances Accounts to lead accounting governance, global consolidation, audit management and internal controls across NIIT and its subsidiaries. With 12–15 years of experience and strong Ind AS expertise, SAP proficiency, you will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting across geographies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements per Ind AS; review global subsidiary financials, consolidation adjustments, and intercompany eliminations.
• Maintain strong review and control over domestic and overseas entities and ensure compliance with group reporting policies.
• Manage ESOP accounting, EPS computation, managerial remuneration, and related party transactions with proper approvals and regulatory adherence.
• Govern intercompany billing and reconciliations to support cost recovery for subsidiaries.
• Lead variance analysis to provide insights into financial movements and global drivers.

Job Description – Finance Controller/Senior Manager / DGM – Global Finance s Accounts

Location: Gurugram, HR

Budget: Upto 35 Lakhs per annum Gross (Depends on Current CTC)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader for the role of Senior Manager / DGM – Global Finances Accounts, responsible for driving accounting governance, global consolidation, audit management, and internal controls for NIIT Limited and its domestic and overseas subsidiaries. With 12–15 years of experience, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong Ind AS expertise, SAP proficiency, and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining stringent review, control, and compliance standards across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure. This includes rigorous review of global subsidiary financials, consolidation adjustments, foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, goodwill assessment, and NCI workings.
• Ensure strong review and control over domestic and overseas entities by validating accounting treatments, monthly trial balances, ledgers, reconciliations, and compliance with group reporting policies.
• Oversee ESOP accounting, EPS computation, managerial remuneration, and related party transactions while ensuring complete documentation, approvals, and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor and govern management cost recovery processes from subsidiaries through well‑controlled intercompany billing and reconciliations.
• Lead comprehensive variance analysis (quarterly and annually), providing clear insights on financial movements, global business drivers, and control improvement

Audit s Compliance Management

• Drive strong governance around statutory compliance by leading the Quarterly Limited Review, Annual Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit, ensuring preparedness, robust review of audit schedules, and timely closure of all audit requirements.
• Act as the key audit coordinator for global entities, ensuring consistent quality, control compliance, and accurate reporting across geographies.

ICFR s Process Governance

• Lead the implementation, evaluation, and strengthening of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) across NIIT Limited and all global subsidiaries.
• Oversee control testing, remediation of deficiencies, process standardization, and documentation updates in collaboration with internal auditors and global finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance control reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance C Accounts team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong governance, and adherence to controls.
• Collaborate closely with overseas finance teams, ensuring alignment with global policies, consistent reporting standards, and effective cross‑border communication.

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in accounting, consolidation, financial control, and audit management.
• Strong experience working in a listed company with multi‑location or international subsidiaries.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and global stakeholder coordination.
