WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take complete ownership of product lifecycles from ideation and strategy to launch and scaling.
• Design and optimize intuitive user experiences that effectively address customer pain points.
• Create strategic product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver results.
• Utilize customer insights and product data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
• Implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product offerings.
• Effectively communicate product strategy, status, and functional requirements to stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering from a top-tier institution is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for high-scale, consumer-oriented technology solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in developing products or categories from the ground up with a focus on 0-to-1 execution.
• A track record of significant ownership over an entire product area rather than minor enhancements.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments typical of modern consumer tech firms.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product analytics, and conversion strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram for five days a week.

NICE TO HAVE

• A Master's degree or MBA can enhance your profile, although it is not a substitute for the required Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP to support product infrastructure.
• Previous experience in a recognized, innovative consumer technology organization.
• Knowledge of product-led growth strategies and metrics.
• Experience with user journey mapping and engagement optimization techniques.
