Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Define and execute enterprise SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Drive innovation by adopting emerging search trends, AI, and GEO best practices.
• Client Leadership – Lead strategic discussions with enterprise clients and provide data-driven recommendations. Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SEO team. Foster collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Technical & Content SEO – Oversee technical SEO audits, website optimization, and SEO implementation. Ensure adherence to technical, on-page, and off-page SEO best practices.
• Performance & Analytics – Monitor SEO performance, define KPIs, and optimize campaigns using data and insights. Present performance reports and business impact to clients and stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Content, Analytics, Paid Media, and Development teams to deliver integrated digital strategies. Evaluate and implement new SEO tools, technologies, and automation opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, including technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content SEO.
• Proven experience leading enterprise SEO programs and managing large client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Google's search ecosystem, ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, AI Search, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Expertise in SEO platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar tools.
• Experience managing website migrations, large-scale technical SEO implementations, and international SEO projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing SEO teams and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
