Titanium Mahindra, your authorized Mahindra dealer across Jharkhand, is seeking a Group General Manager Service to lead on-site operations in Ranchi.

This senior role reports to the CEO and Dealer Principal and oversees 2 large and 4 small workshops, aiming to service around 2000 vehicles monthly.

The ideal candidate will have substantial mass-volume automotive brand experience and a proven ability to manage multiple workshops efficiently.

• Experience handling multiple workshops across regions is preferred.

Titanium Mahindra is a dealer for Personal Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and LMM divisions of M&M.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group General Manager Service at Titanium Mahindra, located in Ranchi. The role needs dual reporting to the CEO & the Dealer Principal.

The candidate will be expected to monitor and drive 2000 vehicles a month across 2 Large and 4 Small but growing Workshops across Ranchi, Hazaribagh, Koderma, Lohardaga.

The Candidate needs to be have substantial experience in mass-volume automotive brand and candidates with prior experience of handling multiple workshops together will be preferred.
