Job summary

Engati Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Group Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.

The role involves directing a team of Account Managers and Associates, overseeing client portfolios, and developing multi-channel advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media to drive client success and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in advertising account management.
• Strong understanding of advertising channels including digital and traditional media.
• Proven track record of successful account management and client retention.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Managers and Associates to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, aligning with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute successful advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with updates to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
• Execute monthly reviews on revenue, profitability, client satisfaction scores, and employee performance scores.
